A product launch and a graduation week

I spent the week in St. Louis building and deploying with colleagues while leading a program. Then my daughter’s senior band banquet brought a different kind of celebration.

She received the John Philip Sousa award and was preparing to graduate and study music in college. I wrote about both experiences in the same post.

Building something together and watching your child reach a milestone each come with setbacks, learning, and moments you only fully appreciate afterward. That week gave me both.
